Aged Eggnog

12 Organic Large Eggs(pasture raised)

1Pound Organic Cane Sugar

1 Tsp Freshly Grated Organic Nutmeg

1 Pint Of Organic Half n Half

1 Pint Of Organic Whole Milk

I Pint Heavy Cream

1 Cup Jamaican Rum

1 Cup Cognac

1 Cup Bourbon

1/2 Tsp NTM Salt 


Using only the yolks, seperate the eggs, saving the whites for another time. Blend the yolks with the sugar and nutmeg in a large bowl using a whisk until the mixture lightens in color and solid ribbons fall off the whisk. Combine the dairy and libations and that salt in a second bowl. After combining, slowly mix into the larger bowl until fully mixed. Move the completed mixture into a larger glass jar and store for at least two weeks. You can of drink it right away too, but two months even better. You can store up to a whole YEAR! This stuff makes great Christmas gifts for the old time eggnog lover. Use organic libations whenever you can.
