1 Organic Yellow Onion Chopped Fine

2 Organic Garlic Cloves Chopped

1/4 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

8 Cups Of Filtered Water

2/3 Cup Organic  BBQ Sauce (I make my own)

1/2 Organic Ketchup

2 Tbsp Organic Spicy Mustard

1 Tsp Pure Liquid Smoke (Living Nutritionals)

1/2 Organic Brown Sugar Or Organic Coconut Sugar

1/2 Cup Filtered Water

1 Tsp NTM Salt

1 Organic Jalapeno (optional)

If you are not using a instapot, be sure and soak your beans overnight. I used the instapot but still soaked mine for 8 hours. If you use an instapot, soaking the beans is not required. After soaking them, rinse them well and remove any beans that do not look healthy. Put the beans into the instapot with 8 cups of filtered water and the salt. Set the pot to manuel high pressure and cook the beans for 25 minutes. Allow the pot to release the steam naturally which takes a few extra minutes. Remove the lid and put the beans into a strainer and rinse with cold water and strain well. Set aside and turn on the saute button.  Saute the chopped bacon and when golden brown, drain most of the fat out. Add the onions, garlic and peppers. Saute until soft. Turn the pot off and add all the ingredients left except the 1/2 cup filtered water, sugar and beans. Stir well and add the rest of the ingredients. Seal the pot and turn to manuel cook for 15 minutes and allow to naturally release the steam. Enjoy my friends and let me know how they taste! They were a hit last night! Yummy! No more canned baked beans!
