Blueberry Pie (Gluten free)

Filling

3 Cups Organic Blueberries

1/4 Cup Organic Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Organic Raw Coconut Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla(I make own)

1 Tsp NTMS(salt)

1 Tbsp Organic Cornstarch

Crumble

1 Cup Organic Almond Flour(make my own)

1/2 Cup Organic Raw Oats

1 Tsp Organic Cinnamon

2-3 Tbsp of Ghee or Coconut Butter Melted

2 Tbsp Organic Maple syrup 

Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread into a 9 inch uncooked gluten free pie shell. Mix all the crumble ingredients together with your hands until well mixed and spread evenly over the top of the pie. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve well cooled with non dairy coconut ice cream
