Cacao Almond Milk

1 Cup Organic Raw Almonds

1 Tsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

1/4 Cup Organic Cacao Powder

2-4 Tsp Organic Stevia Powder

Take a quart size jar and soak your almonds in clean water with the salt for 8 hours. Rinse your almonds after the 8 hours and add them and a quart of fresh clean water to the vitamix.  Blend until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a organic hemp bag.  Take the almond milk and return to vitamix with cacao and stevia and blend again.  Taste and if you like it, chill in fridge. You can sweeten and cacao to your desire.  Take the residue from the hemp bag and lay out onto a tray for the oven.  Let the almond meal dry out by heating a little and then staying in a warm oven just from the light overnight with closed door.  You can then put the meal into processor and grind into almond flour and then store in freezer.  The Cacao almond milk is best served chilled.I garnished with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick
