1/2 Cup Organic Or Heirloom Popcorn
1/4 Cup Organic Grass Fed Butter
1/4 Raw Local Honey
2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
2/3 Cup Organic Raw Pecans Or Another Nut
Directions:
Pop the popcorn in the coconut oil. Set popped popcorn in bowl and aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add salt and saute the nuts for about 2-3 minutes on medium low heat. Add the honey and bring to a rapid boil and allow to thicken all while stirring. Once it turns golden brown and thickens, mix into your popcorn. You can also add spices into your carmel corn such as cinnamon. This is delicious and a guilt free treat. Fall is coming and you could even make popcorn balls with it. Have fun and enjoy.
