Vegetable Bone Broth Soup

4 Cups Bone Broth

4 Organic Carrots Chopped

3 Organic Celery Chopped

2 Organic Cloves Garlic Minced

1/2 Organic Sweet Onion Chopped

4 Organic Kale Leaves Ribboned Cut

1 Tsp Organic Onion Powder

1 Tsp Organic Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

1 Tsp Organic Black Pepper

1 Tsp Organic Cumin

1 Tsp Organic Turmeric

1/2 Tsp Cayenne

1/2 Organic Avocado

1/4 Cup Organic Cilantro

I made my own bone broth from a turkey carcass and used part of it in this soup.  I added about two cups of filtered water to the concentrated bone broth.  In a medium pot, I brought the broth and water nearly to a boil and added all the ingredients except the garnish of avocado and cilantro.  Once that nearly reached a boil, I simmered for about fifteen minutes.  Just enough to gently soften the veggies and get the spices going.  I turn it off at that point and let it sit for several hours and reheat just before serving.  You can add whatever spices or fresh herbs you like for your preference. The garnishes are healthy and raw which add extra texture and flavor.  This is approximately four servings.
