Breakfast Jars

2/3 Cup Organic Yogurt(I make my own from coconuts)

1/3 Cup Go Raw Sprouted Granola

1/4 cup Organic Blueberries

2 Tbsp Organic Pumpkin Seeds

1 Tbsp Organic Sprouted Golden Flax Seed

2 Tbsp Organic Watermelon Seed

1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed

5-7 Organic Walnut halves

Cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamine as desired 

1 Tsp Vanilla

13 Ounce Jar With Lid

I like to start with one layer of yogurt on the bottom and then add the granola as the yogurt softens the granola. You then can layer anyway you want and seal it up and fridge it overnight and viola breakfast is ready. You can add protein powder too. These jars are so tasty. Kids love to help making them and they're filling too. You can put whatever you want in there, just make sure it's a healthy spin. These are great to travel with also.
