Raw Brussel Sprout Salad

 1lb Organic Brussel Sprouts 

1 Bunch Kale 

1/2 Organic Fresh Pomegranate Seeds

1/2 Cup Organic Almonds

3 Ounces Of Gorgonzola 

1/4 Cup Organic Olive Oil

2-4 Tsp Raw Honey

1 Tsp Organic Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp Of Dark Molasses

1/2 Tsp NTMS(salt)

Thinly slice the brussel sprouts. This is a pain in the you know what, but worth it in the end. Ribbon cut the kale leaves, discarding the stem for your juicing. Put those two greens in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix the molasses, honey, mustard and olive oil nicely and then massage into your greens by hand for about five minutes to soften the greens. Just before serving add your crushed almonds, pomegranate seeds and crumbled or sliced gorgonzola. This salad is loaded with nutrients and if you have a leftover, it actually keeps well overnight. Makes about four servings. Always a hit.
