1 Organic Ripe Avocado
1 Organic Whole Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 Tsp Organic Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt
1 Tbsp Organic Minced Onion Chopped
1/2 Tbsp Organic Jalapeno
1 Tbsp Organic Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Two Slices Organic Sprouted Sourdough Bread
Organic Cilantro some added in the avo mix and some for garnish
Mash the avocado and mix in all the ingredients. Just before serving, toast your bread and cut into fourths. Apply the avo mix and garnish with a sprig of cilantro. Avocados are high in many nutrients, including Glutathione.
