Hummus

1 Can Organic Chick Peas or Garbanzo

1 Tsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

2 Tbsp of sesame oil

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

2 Tbsp of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice

1/4 reserved liquid from chick peas

1 Tsp Organic Cayenne (optional)

1-2 Cloves of Organic garlic

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Also best eaten when chilled well.  Serve with fresh raw vegetables for maximum nutrition. Four servings. Garnish as desired, the chip look above is actually a wrap made from fruit and vegetables.
