InstaPot Turkey Chilli

1 lb Organic Pasture Raised Turkey Sausage(Diestel)

1 lb Organic Dried Red Beans

2 Organic Cloves Garlic

1/2 Organic Onion Chopped

2 Small Organic Jalapenos

5-7 Organic Tomatoes

3 Tbsp Organic Chili Powder

1 Tbsp Organic Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Organic Onion Powder

2 Tbsp Organic Smoked Paprika

1 Tbsp Organic Cumin

1/2 Tsp Organic Cayenne Pepper

Several Cups Organic Bone Broth

2 Tbsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

1-2 Tbsp Organic Olive Oil

2 Tsp Organic Rosemary

2 Tsp Organic Sweet Basil Leaf

Soak beans overnight in clean water.  The water level should be over the beans by an inch or two. Puree you tomatoes in your vita-mix or blender. Turn on the saute button on the Instapot and saute the fresh onion and garlic until translucent in olive oil. Then add the sausage and brown fully. Then add your tomato puree along with all the spices, mix well and turn off saute button. Now rinse and drain your beans. Add the beans to the pot. Add several cups of bone broth until the liquid level is about 3/4 full. Anymore than that, your chili will not be thick. Turn on the bean button on the insta-pot which is 120 minutes and your turkey chili will be done and ready to eat. My husband and I enjoyed this for several days. A great dish for Super bowl Sunday. Top with Organic Raw cheddar cheese and more onions! YUM
