1 Pound Organic Jalapenos
2 Cloves Organic Garlic
1/4 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
11/2 Tsp NTM Salt
Prepare the peppers by cutting lengthwise and removing the membranes and seeds. Save the seeds if you want to add more heat later. Place the garlic in the food processor and process until chopped into small pieces. Process peppers next but only to a fine chop, not puree. Stir in the salt and vinegar and taste to see if you need to add some seeds. Pour into pint size jars and chill at least one hour. Great on tacos! Enjoy the health benefits. Good for 1-2 weeks in fridge for it to tastes its best.
