Persimmon Protein Smoothie

2 Organic Dried Whole Persimmons

2-4 Organic Dates Pitted

1 Organic Frozen Banana

1 Tbsp Vanilla

2 Scoops Vanilla Vegan Protein powder

1 Cup Fresh Organic Coconut Water

1 Cup Fresh Organic Almond Milk

2 Tbsp of Organic Sprouted Chia Seed

2 Tbsp of Organic Sprouted Flax Seed


Add fluids, then fruit, and the rest of the ingredients followed by the ice in the Vitamix, smooth away to desired smooth and garnish with dried fruits and cinnamon. Serves two large smoothie meal replacement size. My husband loved this one!
