Chelle's Raw Cranberry Salad (delicious!!)

1 (12 oz) bag of fresh organic cranberries

1.5 cups of fresh organic pineapple

1 ripe organic apple

1 ripe orange, peeled

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup pitted dates

1 tablespoon of raw honey

Add cranberries,pineapple, and apple to a food processor. Add orange, cinnamon and chopped dates and continue to pulse until mixture is well-combined. Taste and add honey as needed, a little at a time.  It will be plenty sweet. I like to hand mix in pomegranate seeds as well as blueberries.  The salad keeps well in the fridge up to three days. It such a beautiful dish.  I will never cook cranberries again, enjoy the nutrition.
