Ribeye Stew

2 Cups Bone Broth Grass Fed

4 Cups Clean Water

 Left Over Organic Ribeye Steak Grass Fed

4 Organic Carrots Chopped

3 Organic Celery Chopped

2 Organic Cloves Garlic Minced

1/2 Organic Yellow  Onion Chopped

4 Organic Russet Potatoes 

1 Tsp Organic Onion Powder

1 Tsp Organic Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

1 Tsp Organic Black Pepper

1 Tsp Organic Turmeric

1 Tsp Organic Basil

1 Tsp Organic Sage

I made my own bone broth from beef bones and used part of it in this soup.  I added about four cups of filtered water to the concentrated bone broth.  In a crock pot I added the broth and water and then  added all the ingredients.  I simmered for about six hours on low.  Just enough to gently soften the veggies and get the spices going.  I turn it off at that point and let it sit for several hours and reheat just before serving.  You can add whatever spices or fresh herbs you like for your preference. I served this with homemade cornbread made in cast iron skillet. It was a big hit even on a ocean breeze summer day. This is approximately four servings.
