StrawBerry Red Beet Smoothie

1 Cup Fresh Organic Strawberries 

1-2 Organic Medium Red Beets

I Organic Whole Lime

2 Scoops Vanilla Vegan Protein powder

1 Cup Fresh Organic Coconut Water

1 Cup Fresh Organic Almond Milk

2 Tbsp of Organic Chia Seed

2 Tbsp of Organic Sprouted Flax Seed


Add fluids, then fruit, and the rest of the ingredients followed by the ice in the Vitamix, smooth away to desired smooth and garnish with a mint leaves or a strawberry. Serves two large smoothie meal replacement size. This is really a beautiful and tasty one.
