Vegan Chili

1 lb Organic Dried Red Beans

2 Organic Cloves Garlic

1/2 Organic Onion

2 Small Organic Jalapenos

5-7 Organic Tomatoes

3 Tbsp Organic Chili Powder

1 Tbsp Organic Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Organic Onion Powder

2 Tbsp Organic Smoked Paprika

1 Tbsp Organic Cumin

1/2 Tsp Organic Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp Organic Turmeric

2 Tbsp Natural Trace Mineral Salt

Soak beans overnight in clean water.  The water level should be over the beans by an inch or two.  Put the beans and water into a crockpot along with all the vegetables that have been chopped except the tomatoes.  Puree the tomatoes in the Vitamix and add them the last hour of cooking.  This chili usually takes all day long to cook.  I like to let it sit in the crockpot for an hour or so after cooking just to cool and it tends to thicken as it cools.  I serve this with homemade corn bread that is made with almond flour and cornmeal.  Garnish as you desire.  You can also add any cooked meat to it. This will serve 6 people and It is always better the next day!!!
